自分のできないことを人に求める大切さ。
自分のできることをスタッフに求めるのはOK。
でも自分ができないことをスタッフに求めるのは、なんか違うのではないか。
まず自分ができるようになって背中で示さないととフェアじゃないなどと、
今までは思っていたけれど、
「自分にできることだけを求めると、結局、現場が拡張していかない。
自分できないことをいかに求めて成長していくかだ」
というお話を聞いて気づいた。
そうか！そりゃそうだ。
孫さんが、アメリカ留学中の１０代学生の時に、
自分より圧倒的優秀な教授陣を雇って特許を形にし、
１年で3億ほど稼いだという話を思い出した。
自分のできないことをいかに仕事していけるか。
鉄鋼王のカーネギーさんもおっしゃている
「己より優れた者を周りに集めた者、ここに眠る」（アンドリュー・カーネギー）
中心で旗をふれる力。
圧倒的な思いで方向性を示し、人を魅了できるような力、それこそ鍛えないといけない。
