教育は時限爆弾だ。
今日、インドネシアにいるパートナーのマサちゃんと話をしている時に、「教育は時限爆弾だ」という内容になった。
教育というのは、即効性だけを求めるのではなく、ある日突然爆発する時限爆弾のようなものでよいと。
そう考えるととっても面白い。すぐじゃなく、ある日突然。これは自分にも経験がある。ずっと言われ続けてきたけれど、まったく自分には響かず、ある日、何かの体験をもとに発動する類のものが、間違いなくある。
面白いな。
