「レジリエンス」立ち直り力
レジリエンスと言う言葉を初めて知った。
レジリエンスとは
社会的ディスアドバンテージや、己に不利な状況において、そういった状況に自身のライフタスクを適応させる個人の能力と定義される 。それら不利な状況やストレスとは、家族、人間関係、健康問題、職場や金銭的な心配事、その他より起こり得る 。 「脆弱性 (vulnerability) 」の反対の概念であり、自発的治癒力の意味である。「精神的回復力」「抵抗力」「復元力」「耐久力」などとも訳されるが、訳語を用いずそのままレジリエンス、またはレジリアンスと表記して用いることが多い（Wikipedia参照)
色々と新しいことに挑む中で、常に感じていたことが腑に落ちた。
自分の子供たちに、これだけを持っていて欲しいと思っていたこと、
それがレジリエンスだった。
こんな言葉がすでにあったのか。
言葉自体、1970年代からある言葉みたい。
