「楽しいから笑うのではない。笑うから楽しいのだ」
人の第一印象はたいてい当たる気がする。特に大人になると生き方が顔に出てくるから。
顔で笑って心で泣いて、なんていう言葉もあるけれど、ふさぎこんでいるよりは、作り笑顔でも笑顔を続けていれば、そんなうち心まで笑ってくることもある。
だから、うそでもいいから、まず外見を作る。するとそのうち、心までがなりたい自分になるんじゃないか。
