「大らかさ」と「敬意」

共に仕事をする仲間、スタッフ、その他いろいろ。

例えば、仕事をしている最中に、スタッフなどに、自分の価値観の中だけで怒っちゃうと、自分の価値観以上の人の能力をいかせない。

最終的には、人の長所だけを純粋に見続けられたらいいんだけど、自分を差し置いて、短所をあれこれ怒っちゃう。あいつは、何度言っても続かない。同じこと何度言ってもできないとか。たとえそうだとしても、その人には、その分見方を変えれば、大らかだとか、なんだか肩肘張ってなくて落ち着くとか、逆のいいこともあるわけで、能力だけを見るっていうのは違うんだろう。

異質なものをどんどん取り入れ、高い目標をセッティングし、到達するまでの過程を楽しめるような「大らかさ」と、すべての人に敬意を払える心を鍛えよう。
